Thousands of Yahoo, GMail and Hotmail Exploited Kena Resin

ShohibulAmin -more than 400,000 user name and password from the Yahoo! Voice service has been hijacked and published to the website public forum. As it turns out, not only the Yahoo account is hacked, there is also an account GMail, Hotmail, Live, MSN and AOL.

Yahoo! users can do Voices log-in with a non-Yahoo account, and specify a password for yourself.

Many security experts criticized the performance of the internet company's computation of Yahoo, which is unable to protect the data of its users. "This shows some loose security practices," said Professor Rob D'Ovidio from Drexel University.

He noted that the hacker managed to steal 400,000 user name and password from Yahoo system within a day. According to him, this signifies that Yahoo does not encrypt users, or encryption method infiltrated Yahoo easily.

Yahoo spokeswoman Dana Lengkeek said it was fixing the vulnerability of the system.

According to the analysis of ESET antivirus software company, most accounts hijacked it using a password that is easily guessed. Recorded there are 4 of the most used password: 123456, passwords, welcome, and ninja.
